The conference will be held in the Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge (*****) which is located outside Arusha(Tanzania), 27 km from the Kilimanjaro International airport, mid-way between the airport and Arusha. The Ngurdoto Lodge is a new luxurious resort surrounded by coffee plantations with conference facilities for up-to 600 delegates, guest rooms and cottages. Both Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, the highest and 3rd highest in Africa can be seen from the Lodge. 3 conference halls, one plenary for up-to 600 persons, one for 400 persons, and one for 150 persons will be at our disposal, as well as a secretariat. Posters will be presented in a large hall. |
