Abstract submission is prolonged until March 25th 2007
ABSTRACTS MAY BE SUBMITTED STARTING 5 DECEMBER 2006 AND ARE DUE BY 15 MARCH 2007
Abstracts are solicited on all state-of-the-art topics in the field of electroceramics. Topics listed in the Topics section may be complemented by other topics of relevance to the field.
Abstracts are to be submitted through the Journal of Electroceramics at the website http://jecr.edmgr.com
TO REGISTER:
1) Go to the journal website at http://jecr.edmgr.com
2) If you are not yet registered in the system, click the "Register" button from the menu at the top, and enter the requested information then click "Continue".
3) You would then be directed to a Registration Page.
4) You must enter the required information in red then click "Proceed". You may also decide to
enter your desired Username (not system generated).
5) Once you have completed the registration process, you must check your email
for a message to verify your registration. This message contains your password, which you
need to login. Note that Editorial Manager may have assigned a different Username if the one
you selected is already in use.
6) Once you have your Username and Password, you can now log in as an author at
the website and submit an abstract.
TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT:
1) Go to the journal website at http://jecr.edmgr.com .
2) Click on "LOGIN", enter their username and password then click on "Author Login".
3) From the Author Main Menu, click on "Submit New Manuscript".
4) From the "Choose Article Type" drop-down box, please select Special Issue - ICE2007Abstract then click on "Next".
5) Then you must enter the title, keywords, classifications, comments and attach an abstract
to the attach files.
6) Then you must build the PDF and approve it to formally submit it to the editorial office.
Submitted abstracts will be accepted in accordance with the guidelines outlined below:
1) Abstracts should emphasize the new knowledge relative to the state of art and should clearly state the new results that will be presented.
2) Use single line spacing throughout; abstract should not exceed 300 words.
3) Use as concise a title as possible.
4) Up to 6 authors’ names and their corresponding affiliations may be listed. If more than 6 authors, use ‘et al.’
5) Presenting author should be indicated by (*).
6) Give contact information for the presenting author: name, address, email, phone & fax numbers.
7) All abstracts will be refereed. A condition of submission is that, if accepted, the paper will be presented at ICE-2007 by one of the authors.
Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit papers for inclusion in a special issue of the Journal of Electroceramics, which will be published shortly after the conference. Acceptance of papers is subject to peer review.
